Payment is needed when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we are unable to accept billing plans.
We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards - (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. We no longer accept checks.
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. We will automatically apply any missed appointment fees to your card. Clients must bring the actual card to their appointment in order to place the card securely on file and will be asked to update the card as needed. Any client who can't put a card on file will be asked to come in and pay for the appointment in full prior to being scheduled.
CareCredit - When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We understand this and offer special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into several monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital or online at the CareCredit website.

Cancellation Policy- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged $40 (medical appointment) and $100 (surgical appointment). If you consistently do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you may be charged full price for scheduled services.
