Wildlife Policy

As a service to the community, Dr. Wade donates her time and resources to assist our region's injured wildlife. Sick wildlife will be examined and then transferred to a wildlife rehabilitator when stable.

If you come across sick or injured wildlife, you can count on our exotic animal clinic to take in the wildlife you found and do our best to treat and care for these animals. Our exotic animal hospital is the best option for these scared and weakened animals. Feel free to contact Specialized Care for Avian & Exotic Pets for help with hurt wildlife. Trust us for small mammal veterinary services in Buffalo, NY, as well as care for birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and exotic animals.

For more information on wildlife rehabilitation, see the affiliated associations on our Links & Resources page.
