From Rochester & Finger Lakes Region:

• Take the NYS Thruway (Rt. 90 W) to Exit 48A (Pembroke/Medina). Turn right on Allegheny Rd (Rt. 77). Travel south 0.7 miles to Main Rd (Rt. 5). Turn right. Hospital is 9.3 miles on your right.

From Erie, PA and all points South:

• Take NYS Thruway (Rt. 90 E) to Exit 51 E (NY 33/Kensington Expy). Turn right on Genesee St NY 33). Turn left onto Transit Rd (Rt 78) Turn right on Main St (NY 5). Hospital is 5.9 miles on your left. 

From the Northtowns:

• Niagara Falls, Grand Island and the Tonawandas: Take Youngman Expressway (290 E/90 W). Get off at Exit 6 (Harlem Rd Rt 240). Turn right on Harlem Rd to Sheridan Dr (NY324). Take Sheridan Dr 7.1 miles to Main St (NY 5) Make a slight left; Our clinic is approximately 3.4 miles on your left.
